1. Reservation Cancellation and Refund
Standard BookingsFull Refund: Cancellations made seven days or more prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before check-in will incur a cancellation charge. If the original stay duration exceeds or is for 2 days, charges for 2 nights will be deducted from the total booking amount, and the remaining amount if applicable will be refunded.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, or in the case of no-shows, are not eligible for any refund. The full booking amount will be charged
2. Early Check-Out
In case a guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights unless agreed upon at the time of booking or under exceptional circumstances (at management's discretion).
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional, discounted, or last-minute bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of reservation. No refunds will be processed for such bookings under any circumstances.Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the guest’s or our control (natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will evaluate refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis and may offer a rescheduling option or partial refund at our discretion.
5. Refund Processing Time
The Sites and certain Company email messages may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons.
