Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2024.
At Shridham Homestay, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests.
1. Reservation Cancellation and Refund
Standard Bookings

Full Refund: Cancellations made five days or more prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount, Except in special circumstances where this policy may not be applicable.
Management reserves the right to modify or deny refunds in special circumstances.


Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days before check‑in will incur a cancellation charge, as determined by the management.
Management reserves the right to modify or deny refunds in special circumstances.


No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, or in the case of no-shows, are not eligible for any refund. The full booking amount will be charged.

2. Early Check-Out

In case a guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights unless agreed upon at the time of booking or under exceptional circumstances (at management's discretion).

3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional, discounted, or last-minute bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of reservation. No refunds will be processed for such bookings under any circumstances.

We may from time to time make certain personal information available to strategic partners associated with the Company, such as the following:
4. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the guest’s or our control (natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will evaluate refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis and may offer a rescheduling option or partial refund at our discretion.
